I am a dual qualified lawyer as I am licensed to practice law both in Nigeria and Canada. I have been practicing law since I was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1985. My experience is almost equally divided between
practicing as external lawyer and being employed as in-house counsel. As part of my in-house career, I spent 19 years in various positions with Shell Petroleum. I possess the professional qualifications and
